Application

The product is developed based on the latest GB/T14201: Iron ore pellets compressive strength measuring method, ISO4700: The determination of iron ore pellets compressive strength, STM E 382 and integrated the international high-end dynamic high speed mechanical measuring technology.
Technical parameters:
1.The maximum strength of pellets before crushing will only last for less than 1ms, and hence the primary technology of this machine is its dynamic testing property under high speed crushing.
2.An AC servo motor is applied for the loading unit, which can eliminate the influence of pulses produced by the loading of stepping motor and regular motor. Consequently, the loading of force is linear during the whole testing process.
3.The speed of pressure head is stepless adjustable in a certain range, which is suitable for the investigation on variation of pellet strength with loading speed.
4.In order to improve the work efficiency, the charging and disposal process can be done at the same time. Meanwhile, automatic fast forward or retreat at idle mode is also supported, which can save much time comparing to other similar models.
5.All operation of test and processing of measured data can be done through the provided software and the density of data on pressure and displacement curves is settable. The results can be automatically calculated, while the analysis of results in group automatic generation of testing report are supported.
